Men's Peer Support Groups

Males' Chat group
Men often find it hard to talk about difficulties they are facing. These may be addictions, anger management, relationship problems, PTSD, burnout or mental or psychological trauma. Our Male's Chat Support Group, for males who are struggling with any of these difficulties, may be helpful for you.

Men's Emotional Regulation 10 week programme
Struggling with stress, anger, or overwhelming emotions? You're not alone. Our Male's Emotional Regulation peer support group provides a safe, confidential space for Kiwi men to share experiences, gain practical tools, and support each other in managing emotions. Based on the principles of Somatic Experiencing, through open conversations and mutual encouragement, we break the stigma around men’s mental health and build emotional resilience together.
Whether you’re facing personal challenges or just want to improve emotional regulation, this group fosters connection, strength, and growth.

Men's Relationship Chat
Men often struggle to understand their own and their partners behaviour in relationships. This can be during the relationship, while going through breakups or dealing with the permanent loss of the partner. This Male's Relationships peer support group is for males who are looking for understanding of how to improve their relationship or cope with the end of one.

Male Sexual Abuse peer support
This Male's Sexual Abuse peer support group is for males who have experienced sexual abuse, to have a place to talk about their situation in complete privacy.
