Therapy Programmes

Music Therapy

This group music therapy programme aims to support trauma-affected adults in experiencing, identifying, processing their emotions, establishing and developing coping techniques, and enhancing their emotional and nervous system regulation.

Sessions will focus on creating a safe and inclusive space where participants can engage in music-led activities designed to promote self-expression, interpersonal connection, and emotional resilience.

Phase 1 Programme

Men's Emotional Regulation 10 week programme
Struggling with stress, anger, or overwhelming emotions? You're not alone. Our Male's Emotional Regulation peer support group provides a safe, confidential space for Kiwi men to share experiences, gain practical tools, and support each other in managing emotions. Based on the principles of Somatic Experiencing, through open conversations and mutual encouragement, we break the stigma around men’s mental health and build emotional resilience together.
Whether you’re facing personal challenges or just want to improve emotional regulation, this group fosters connection, strength, and growth.
