Complaints Process

Men and Trauma Client Rights ​

​We respect and support the New Zealand Health and Disability Code of Rights. These rights are:
  • The right to be treated with respect
  • The right to freedom from discrimination, coercion, harassment, and exploitation
  • The right to dignity and independence
  • The right to services of an appropriate standard
  • The right to effective communication
  • The right to be fully informed
  • The right to make an informed choice and give informed consent
  • The right to support
  • Rights in respect of teaching or research
  • The right to complain.

If You Wish To Make A Complaint About Men and TraumaIf you feel your rights have been breached in any way by Men and Trauma, we urge you to let us know the nature of your complaint by filling in the confidential form below. 

All complaints will be treated with Immediacy and followed up with. If you are unhappy with that out come of that process, you are able to complain directly to the Health and Disability Commissioner. Information on that complaints process is found here.
