​Rainbow Takatāpui Services

At Men and Trauma, our services are focused on men and masculine people. However you can be sure that no matter your gender or Sexual Orientation no-one is turned away

In Maori, 'takatāpui' refers to a devoted partner of the same sex. 

Your sexual and gender identity is a part of who you are and we value that.  We know it is hard to ask for help, and we’re trying to make that easier.

Our wonderful Rainbow clients receive exactly the same range of services all our clients do, we just wanted to create a Rainbow section on our website where we talk about some of those services in a more relevant relevant way

If you're a man/masculine person who identifies as gay, bisexual, transgender or LGBTQI+, please know that all of our services – the Confidential Listening Service, one-to-one peer support and peer support group meetings – are for you.
