​What's the big deal about Trauma?

Mental or Psychological Trauma can be caused by many different events. You don't need to be sure what the trauma was caused by to understand whether you have trauma. Your experience of the effects of trauma are enough for us to be able to help you.

​This may include: anxiety, depression, addictions, anger, grief or any range of emotions.

Join our Men's Trauma Support Group where you can find strength, understanding, and camaraderie on your journey to healing. Connect with other men who have experienced trauma and gain the support you need to reclaim your life. Our safe and empathetic environment welcomes you to share your experiences, learn coping strategies, and build resilience.

You don't have to face your trauma alone – together, we can heal.

Topics include:

You can attend in person or online, such as zoom etc. All groups, whether in person or online, have two trained co-facilitators.
