Men and Trauma's Support Groups

Males' Support group
Men often find it hard to talk about difficulties they are facing. These may be Addictions, Anger management, relationship problems, PTSD, burnout and Mental or Psychological Trauma. Our Male's Chat Support Group, for males who are struggling with any of these difficulties, may be helpful for you.

Males and Relationships
Men often struggle to understand their own and their partners behaviour in relationships. This can be during the relationship, while going through breakups or dealing with the permanent loss of the partner. Our Males and Relationships Support Group is for men who are looking for understanding of how to improve their relationship or cope with the end of one.

Males Affected by Suicide
This Affected by Suicide Support group is for any male who has been affected by the suicide, or attempted suicide, of another.

Men and Abortion
We provide a Men's Abortion Support group to help men dealing with an abortion, before or afterwards. We welcome anyone who needs support.

Male Sexual Abuse
This Male's sexual Abuse peer support group is for males who have experienced sexual abuse, to have a place to talk about their situation in complete privacy.
